Lemon Turmeric Smoothie


Ingredients


  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 tbsp pine nuts

  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp rolled oats

  • 2 pitted medjool dates

  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tsp turmeric


Directions


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender & blend for 2 minutes until smooth & creamy.
