My mom has been a fantastic cook! She could stay in the kitchen for hours, making at least 2-3 dishes per day. She'll turn the music on and starts her magic. We've been so spoiled by her, especially our dad :-).

Ingredients
cauliflower (about 6 florets)
3-4 carrots
1-2 bell-peppers
cabbage (half)
canned green beans (200 g)
canned corn
1 zucchini
10 olives (without seeds)
leek
1 potato
vegetable stock (a cube)
1 onion
1 garlic
1 bay leaf
salt, pepper, spices @roots.natural
herbs of your choice
Directions
Boil a water and add a cauliflower, carrots and potato.
Cook the onion, garlic. Add spices, salt and pepper and add to the bouillon.
Then add a bay leaf, bell peppers, cabbage, zucchini, green beans, corn, leek, olives and a vegetable cube.
Remove the bay leaf before serving and add herbs of your choice.
