Kutabs are among the most popular Azeri dishes , together with plov, dolma, kebabs, etc. It's served with a sumac on top (a red spice with a lemony note).
Kutabs are done mostly with lamb, greens or cheese fillings.
Here I am using already prepared wraps. Usually, the dough of kutabs are home-made but it is very time-consuming.
Servings: 1-2 People. I Cook time: 5 minutes
flatbread or tortilla wrap
vegan feta cheese
rocket salad or any salad of your choice; or greens
Spread the hummus on the wrap.
Add slices of tomato and vegan feta cheese, put a salad on top.
Fry for 2-3 minutes on both sides and serve warm.
