Ingredients
50 g oats
100 ml soya milk (or any plant-based milk)
pumpkin seeds
sunflower seeds
hemp seeds
goji berries
fresh blueberries
kiwi
fresh raspberries
fresh physalis
almond yoghurt (or any plant-based yoghurt)
Directions
Stir the oats and milk in a pan over a low heat until creamy for about 3-5 minutes.
Top with seeds, berries, fruits and plant-based yoghurt. Voila!!
