Warm Porridge With Fruits

I can eat porridge every morning. It is not only delicious but also a healthy breakfast option.

Oats contain many minerals, vitamins and fiber that keep blood sugar levels stable, keep you full for a long time, help to manage cholesterol levels, support your gut health and help with weight management.


Serving: 1 person I Cook Time: 5 minutes



  • 50 g oats

  • 100 ml soya milk (or any plant-based milk)

  • pumpkin seeds

  • sunflower seeds

  • hemp seeds

  • goji berries

  • fresh blueberries

  • kiwi

  • fresh raspberries

  • fresh physalis

  • almond yoghurt (or any plant-based yoghurt)


  1. Stir the oats and milk in a pan over a low heat until creamy for about 3-5 minutes.

  2. Top with seeds, berries, fruits and plant-based yoghurt. Voila!!
