edamame
hummus
avocado
fried tofu
salad
vegan spicy sauce
tomatoes
cucumbers
salt, pepper
Directions
Lay out the tortilla wrap.
Spread about two teaspoons of hummus and a few slices of avocado.
Now put a few slices of fried tofu and some salad on top.
Then layer some edamame, tomatoes, cucumbers and vegan spicy sauce on top.
Add salt and pepper. Then fold in the outer sides of the tortilla and roll it up like a burrito.
Fry on both sides until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.
