Vegan Cutlets with Rice


  • 100 g rice

  • 1 package of "Happea Hack" @Happeameat

For the Sauce:

  • 3-4 tomatoes

  • 2 bell-peppers

  • canned kidney beans

  • salt, pepper & spices @roots.natural

For the Salad:

  • half of avocado

  • 2 bell-peppers

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 cucumber

  • mixed olives

  • blueberries and cilantro for the dressing

  • salad


  1. Boil rice and set aside.

  2. Prepare "Happea Hack" according to package instructions. When ready, make cutlets forms and get them fried.

  3. Cut tomatoes, bell-peppers and add to the blender; add kidney beans and blend to puree.

  4. Cut salad and the rest of the ingredients. Serve on the plate, adding cilantro, sea salt and pepper, spices. Add boiled rice, fried cutlets and the sauce on top. Enjoy!
